NASCAR Hall of Famer
As formidable on the track as he is charismatic off it, Rusty Wallace began his career in 1984 as the NASCAR Winston Cup Rookie of the Year. A mere five years later, he became the champion of the 1989 Winston Cup Series. For a quarter of a century, Wallace would be a force on the Cup circuit, going on to score 349 top-ten finishes and 55 wins, the eighth best career record of all time. In recognition for his lifetime contributions, Wallace has been inducted into four of motor racing’s most prestigious halls of fame, including the NASCAR Hall of Fame and the International Motorsports Hall of Fame.
